Funny. Besides your thoughts and feelings and views, seems to me that you admit that he did not admit.
Am I correct?
In response to my comments that's more red herring. A jury was left to decide whether there was sufficient evidence that Candance was victimized by Kendrick. The jury found he had done so.
But Candance was not as concerned about Kendrick as she was about an institutional policy that gives perps room to victimize more children. Having this policy remedied was Candace's reason for filing a lawsuit. Her goal was not to spend any more time on the worthless POS Kendrick then she had to in order to meet her goal of pushing Watchtower's policy in a better direction.

Did he admit to abusing Plaintiff?
In response to my comments that question is a red herring.
Candace was more concerned about stopping a policy that gives perps room to victimize in order to save countless victims from countless perps. As for Kendrick, she had already demonstrated he was just another POS to put behind her if she could, which she did until she realized Watchtower policy gave perps like him room to victimize. Hence her action against Watchtower.

However, Plaintiffs agreed to deprive alleged child molester related to this case from being subjected to legal proceedings and having to show up in Court and be cross examined. Would you agree to that or would you demand that the person that you believed harm you or harmed your child be required to appear in Court?
The context of initiating civil legal action includes limitations of economics and time. Hence we have this picture:
Give a man a fish and feed him for a day. Teach a man to fish and feed him for a lifetime.
Stop a perp and you can save future victims from a perp. Stop a policy that gives perps room to victimize and you can save countless victims from countless perps.
I think the thing that burned Candace more than anything else was her belief that an organizational policy was giving perps unacceptable room to victimize. This is what she most wanted to stop. Kendrick just happened to be her perp, according to her. Insofar as being a perp, Kendricks is guilty. He admitted this.
so we all know that "crazy" brother or sister.
every kingdom hall has one.
they give the best comments (from a hilarious perspective), have experiences with the "demons", but most importantly, they are on about 10 deifferent kinds of medications.
Witnesses fixation on demonism is legendary, and this fixation did not just happen without cause.
I give you Demons Everywhere!
mr. geoffrey jackson hosts this month's propaganda-fest, and uses a favourite catchphrase of the org - "by extension" - to get out of the dead-end which the scriptwriters had put him in.
he quotes matthew 10:22 - "and you will be objects of hatred by all people on account of my [jesus'] name; but he that has endured to the end is the one that will be saved.".
mr. jackson knows only too well that probably no j.w.
very weird article, you can read it here if you can tolerate such nonsense:.

basically teddy was a super, duper spiritual giant who went undercover behind the iron curtain, sorta james bond like.
I agree. Very weird.
Might as well get it over with and build a golden image and call it Ted. Hey, it occurs to me that under Watchtower theology Ted might be behind publication of that bit of hero worship!
so, i was thinking - who of the above still has the most influence on current wts doctrine and dogma?.
rutherford obviously created the smokescreen around 1914/607 but overall his work has been superseded i would suggest.. knorr created the various schools and they or their offspring still live on.
wasn't it during his tenure that all the blood doctrine, types/anti types (now chucked away of course), transplants etc came along?
Here's a good question: Which of Franz' teachings are still 'doctrine'
You can lay Watchtower's historical and contemporary blood taboo squarely at the feet of Fred Franz. He birthed it. No one since has had the know-how or courage to completely get rid of it. They've only tinkered with it to make it a little less damning. But we still have literally tens of thousands, if not hundreds of thousands, who've suffered premature death as a result, and this does not even speak to the question of morbidity.
is the governing body's methods and practices all that much different from the way scientists work?.
some prominent scientists and big media in the 1970's were pushing imminent disaster from global cooling.
now its global warming and they all sweep the global cooling fiasco under the rug and act like it was just one or two rogue individuals.. other examples can be given: scientists being wrong on the eternal universe, black holes, whether eggs or coffee are healthy or harmful, presenting fake fossils, etc.
What done4good said.
Because Watchtower is an ideology and not a method then its conclusions are predicable based on whatever is its current ideological preference, which changes.
Because science is a method then its conclusions are predictable based on that method, which does not change.
More than than an ideology, I think the best predictor for Watchtower tripe is based on a business model. In the end this means Watchtower conclusions are predictable based on whatever best promotes its religion business. From a scientific perspective this gets a little frustrating to fathom until you realize that the religion business is heavily influenced by sociological factors one of which suggests that tension (beliefs that set a religion apart as different, and strictness of those beliefs) promotes growth in a new religious movement, which Watchtower is. (Watchtower is an infant by comparison with other dominate religious institutions). This need for tension to grow a religion business ends up with an institution promoting and enforcing tenets that have no rational basis. So we end up with a religion business growing itself on the heals of fact and logic defying doctrinal positions that are only changed when it suits the business need and regardless of what facts and good reasoning point to.

The religion is ran as a business that preys on people.
Theologically it's a rudderless ship.
Economically it's a powerhouse of clever manipulation, all designed to build a financially self-sustainable religion business that butters its rising stars with power and prestige.
